Brooke Burke Biography
Brooke Burke was born on September 8th, 1971, in Hartford, Connecticut, USA, but raised in Tucson, Arizona. Her exotic, original looks can be attributed to her family's heritage, which blends her French/Irish father with her Portuguese/Irish mother.
Brooke started as a model for Venus Swimwear and Frederick's of Hollywood. From 1999-2002, Burke became well-known while hosting Wild On!, a popular travel series on the E! Entertainment Television channel, replacing previous host Jules Asner. As part of the series, she travelled the world extensively, profiling many popular travel destinations. Burke first appeared nude during her early modeling career for the website BlueNudes.com, and most notably after gaining fame in the May 2001 and November 2004 issues of Playboy and has also appeared in lad mags such as Maxim, Stuff, and FHM. Maxim magazine named her #94 in their 2006 Hot 100 List and featured her on their gallery. She has voiced "Rachel" in Electronic Arts' video game Need for Speed: Underground 2, and asks the "People and Places" questions in the video game, Trivial Pursuit Unhinged.
Brooke Burke Personal Life
In July of 2005, Burke Burke and her husband, Dr. Garth Fisher, announced their separation. The couple had been married since 2001 and they have two daughters, Neriah (born March 2000, and named after her friend and former Playmate Neriah Davis), and Sierra Sky (born April 2002).
Soon after Brooke and her husband separated, the model began dating French-born actor David Charvet. On the September 6, 2006 episode of Rockstar: Supernova, she revealed that she was expecting her third child, a girl. On August 21, 2006 People Magazine reported that Brooke and David are engaged with Charvet having proposed to Burke at a summer party. On January 8, 2007, she gave birth to a baby girl named, Heaven Rain Charvet. At age 36, she is expecting her fourth child and second with fiance David Charvet, due spring 2008.
Brooke Burke has posed with preganant belly. She says "I oil my body twice a day - on my belly, hips and breasts, I use something called Mother’s Special Blend, it has shea butter and almond oil - but you can use just olive oil.
