Ranbir Kapoor Biography
Ranbir Kapoor is an upcoming Bollywood actor. Ranbir was born on September 28, 1982 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. He was born in to become an actor in the sense he is from a well known film family of Bollywood. He is the son of actors Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh. He is the brother of Riddhima Kapoor.
His great grandfather was Prithviraj Kapoor, his grandfather was Raj Kapoor, his granduncles are Shashi Kapoor and Shammi Kapoor, his uncles are Randhir Kapoor and Rajiv Kapoor and his cousins are Karisma Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor and Nikhil Nanda.
Rishi Kapoor confirmed at the IIFA Awards that Ranbir Kapoor will make his debut with Anil Kapoor's daughter Sonam Kapoor under Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the film is titled Saawariya.

Apparently, director Sanjay Bhansali wanted Ranbir to have a 'worker's body' (meaning a lean body) rather than bulging muscles for his film Saawariya. So the workout had to be such that he looked lean and well toned.
