Celina Jaitly was recently spotted with sindoor in her maang. Had she secretly wed fiance Peter Haag?
When asked, she laughs off the insinuation, “I am not married. The sindoor was for an ad I was shooting for and I had gone to meet a friend like that. As far as my wedding goes, too many issues are at stake. My brother is getting married in October, Peter’s grandmother is not well and may not be able to travel from Austria where his family is. Also, he has just recovered from intestinal surgery and only resumed work last week. In fact, I was with him for a month nursing him back to health. I have four films releasing this year, so if I do get married, it will be quick and sudden.”
Peter and Celina were to get married in September this year, the actress had announced in February. So what went wrong, we asked her and found out that her brother’s marriage seems to have come in the way of her wedding. “I am not getting married in September. That was the plan initially but my marriage has been put on hold as my brother is getting married first,” says Celina.
The actress had earlier announced her wedding following her engagement. She had also said that she will be marrying in Egypt, of which she is an ambassador, even as there were reports of turmoil in the country.
