Govinda Biography
Govinda was born in "Virar" Maharashtra in december 21 1963. Govinda is also known as Viraar ka chokra, who lived a sizeable part of his life in modest chawls of Mumbai.
Govinda's first film was Ilzaam in 1986. After a string of flops he emerged as an actor in Hathya. With the release of Hathya, Govinda started getting better offers. The shift however came with David Dhawan's Aankhein. Govinda's image went for a complete overhaul.
Actor-parliamentarian Govinda has threatened to quit politics following an incident of slapping an an intruder on the sets of his film, has triggered off the impulse.
Today, a slimmer and fitter Govinda is raring to go. Along with Money Hai Toh Honey Hai , Govinda completed Chal Chala Chal, Loot and Banda Yeh Bindaas Hai in August 2008. All these five films are all big banners.
